Welcome to our horse ranch, hope you enjoy what you
find. Flaming H Ranch
is a Lifetime Member of the American Quarter Horse
Association
   
We are family owned
and operated in Marquez, TX which is located in Central Texas
halfway between Houston and Dallas.
We started here in
1964 running both registered and commercial cattle. The wife and I
raised 4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls. We
currently have 10 grandchildren. We are
truly Blessed.
Flaming H brand is
located on the right hip
We use cutting bred
stallions, on rope, race, and cow bred mares. We have
horses from here to New York, both performers and everyday
users. We enjoy what we do, and enjoy even more getting the
right horse with the right person.
Our Sale
barn has offerings from own sons of Peppy San
Badger, Peptoboonsmal, Dual Pep, and Smart Little Lena.

Kye Welch our trainer and farrier. Kye starts the 2 yr olds and puts
